Introduction to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bajiking platform ("Platform") and its user ("you" or "Member"). By visiting the bajiking.cam website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are fully accepting these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. When an amendment takes effect, we will notify you via a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Account registration and management

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka).

Withdrawals on successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Additional time may be required in cases of unusual activity or if verification is needed.

Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

• You must use only a mobile banking account registered in your own name
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted
• Compliance with anti-money laundering rules is mandatory
• Any suspicious transaction may be placed on hold for investigation
• Withdrawals may be limited if bonus requirements have not been met

Welcome bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you ৳2,000 to play with; a deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving you ৳26,000 in total.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be forfeited
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable
• A specific maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds
• Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or from the same device is prohibited

VIP Program

bajiking's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

It is possible to advance through VIP tiers through regular active participation. Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to your account.

General Rules for Placing Bets

The following general rules apply when placing bets on the bajiking platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• Each game and market has its own specific minimum and maximum bet limits
• bajiking reserves the right to cancel any bet incorrectly accepted due to a technical error
• All bets accepted before an event begins will be settled according to the applicable rules

Sports Betting Rules

For betting on all sports events including cricket, football and kabaddi:

• Bets will be settled after the official result is announced
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, bajiking will make a decision in accordance with the established rules
• Betting on IPL, BPL, T20 and ICC events follows the standard rules
• If there is suspicion of match-fixing or any illegal activity, the bet will be cancelled and the account suspended

Casino Gaming Rules

For slots, fishing games, live casino and other casino games:

• All game outcomes are determined via RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer
• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, that round may be cancelled
• The rules of the game provider apply (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.)
• Winnings may be forfeited if the maximum bet limit is exceeded while using a casino bonus

Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are violated, bajiking may take the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account
• Forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings
• Blocking of pending withdrawals
• Notifying the relevant legal authorities
